We offer karate instruction, fitness kickboxing, tai chi, and self-defense classes for all ages and skill levels.
We have classes covering beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. International Karate Academy is certified by the American Council of Martial Artists (ACMA) and the National Association of Professional Martial Artists (NAPMA).
International Karate Academy has age-appropriate karate classes for children ages three and up. We also have classes for adults in karate, fitness kickboxing, tai chi, and basic self-defense. For more information about our classes, click on the appropriate button above
International Karate Academy has 30 years’ experience teaching karate skills and philosophy. We focus on developing the mental as well as the physical aspects of the martial arts including honesty and self-discipline. Our clean teaching facility is fully equipped with top-of-the-line floor mats. All of our instructors are certified in CPR and first aid. We have been serving the Lynchburg area since 1986. Hours:
4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday – Friday
10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday
